Details of the workshop schedule for 2009-2010 will be available on this website from August 2009. The workshop is another exciting chance for pupils in Key Stage 3 and above to learn more about Bombardier's Modern Apprenticeship Programme .

The 'Your Career in Aerospace' workshop, run by Bombardier’s Education Liaison Officer, offers an informative and insightful introduction to the various opportunities available to those with an interest in pursuing a career in engineering and aerospace. It also offers practical advice on how to apply for Bombardier’s Modern Apprenticeship Programme .

The half-day 'Your career in Aerospace' workshop includes:

A hands-on session with Bombardier engineers and apprentices. This workshop aims to provide an interesting insight to the day-to-day activities involved throughout the training course and an introduction to the specialist skills that you can learn during a career with Bombardier. It will also provide a chance to discuss a variety of aerospace topics such as manufacturing, engineering and aircraft design.

Pupils also get the chance to take a tour of W5 and look at various exhibitions on flight. If you have any questions about the workshops please contact:
